Dr. Tyler Wallace is Principal Consultant at Scale Street Solutions, a healthcare AI consulting and training firm in Athens, Georgia. He works with rural hospitals, FQHCs, physician groups, and health systems on AI strategy, adoption, and training. He brings 15 years of experience across hospitals, federal agencies, academic institutions, and global health programs.
Since 2025 he has directed ambient AI adoption across 200+ emergency department providers, built the nation's first rural health AI certification with HomeTown Health, and designed Microsoft's AI Learning Path for Rural and Community Healthcare. Earlier, he stood up two enterprise program management offices at MD Anderson Cancer Center and modernized USAID's project management certification program. He has delivered 75+ trainings, workshops, and keynotes reaching 2,500+ professionals.
Dr. Wallace holds a Ph.D. in Public Health (Healthcare Management and Policy) from UTHealth Houston and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor (part-time) in the University of Georgia's College of Public Health, where he teaches Health Informatics (including applied AI) in the MHA program. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, a Microsoft Certified Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (Expert), a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He serves on the board of the American Red Cross of Northeast Georgia and has served on the boards of MedLink Georgia (FQHC) and the UGA MHA Advisory Board.
