With a 15+ year career spanning hospitals, federal agencies, academic institutions, and international health, he equips leaders to navigate complexity, drive change, and deliver results.

He has led more than 150 initiatives and overseen multimillion-dollar portfolios, with deep experience in strategic planning, organizational behavior, and innovation management. His work bridges technical and operational worlds—guiding organizations to move from vision to execution.

Dr. Wallace holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Management and Policy and serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia, where he teaches graduate courses in Health Informatics and Organizational Behavior—preparing the next generation of healthcare leaders.
